3 Service Provider Terms

3.2. Service providers are independent contractors, not employees of At Your Service.
3.3. Service providers must maintain professional standards and deliver quality services.
3.4. Service providers must honor all confirmed bookings unless in case of emergency.
4 Customer Terms
4.1. Customers must provide accurate service requirements and location information.
4.2. Customers must be present or make arrangements for service delivery.
4.3. Customers agree to pay for services as per the agreed terms.
4.4. Customers must treat service providers with respect and professionalism.
5 Payments and Fees
5.1. All prices are listed in Emalangeni (SZL) unless otherwise specified.
5.2. At Your Service charges a service fee on completed transactions.
5.3. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners.
5.4. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and service provider agreement.
6 Cancellation Policy
6.1. Customers may cancel bookings up to 24 hours before scheduled service without penalty.
6.2. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.
6.3. Service providers must provide 24-hour notice for cancellations except in emergencies.
6.4. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
7 Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from:
- Using the platform for illegal activities
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
- Providing false or misleading information
- Circumventing the platform to avoid fees
- Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform
- Violating intellectual property rights
8 Liability Disclaimer
At Your Service is a platform that connects service providers with customers. We are not responsible for the quality of services provided, damages, or disputes between users. Users engage with each other at their own risk.
9 Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.
10 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Eswatini.
11 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
